Send the exact building address, scheduled meeting time and any access advice from your host. If you are collecting a client, include their contact details. Multiple meetings and a final hotel or airport destination can be discussed together.

For shopping, theatre or dinner, include all venues and the expected finish time. The return pickup should be as carefully arranged as the outward journey. Waiting between activities is a separate requirement to discuss when requesting the quote.

Ask about Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City connections, including a journey from an airport directly to a meeting or hotel. Airport meeting arrangements are confirmed for your flight and terminal. The London location service describes transport coverage, not a walk-in London office.

Can a London journey include shopping and theatre?
A multi-stop itinerary can be discussed. Include your venues, reservation times and any waiting requirements. Tickets and reservations are separate.
Do you collect in London as well as travel into it?
London collections and onward journeys are available by arrangement, subject to Ryan confirming the route, date and vehicle availability.
